| Important note about COOKIES! | The humble COOKIE has been blamed for a lot of nasty business over the years but have you considered why they were developed in the first place?
Cookies are little snippets of code which can be likened to the ‘Smiley’ stamp you get on your wrist as a Passout at concerts and the like. They remember you for when you return to the venue, in this case, an Internet Web Site.
The ECC site and Shopforpoints give you a cookie to record your visit and that’s very important if you wish to claim S4points for your purchases. If you delete those cookies there is no way of the merchant knowing where you came from and consequently your claim for S4points will be revoked.
Just remember NOT ALL COOKIES ARE BAD GUYS! | | Back to Top | | Is there a link where I can review the status of my current purchases and also the history of my purchases on S4P? | Tracking of the status of current orders is available from the merchant you purchased from. Most have a link on their confirmation email for that purpose or have a similar link on their web site.
The same day we receive advice from the merchant that your order has been completed in full your S4points are added to your Private Account Page along with details of the purchase/s.
Your Private Account Page is activated once your initial purchase through Shop for Points is validated by the merchant/s
